Ariana Madix Gains Confidence and Authority from Andy Cohen During Love Island USA Reunion

Ariana Madix revealed that co-hosting the Love Island USA Season 7 reunion with Andy Cohen taught her a powerful lesson in taking charge and embracing her authority on set. The 40-year-old reality star, who previously spent ten seasons on Vanderpump Rules, shared during the Twelfth Night opening of Shakespeare in the Park that watching Cohen smoothly command the proceedings inspired her to step into a leadership role herself. She reflected, “Oh, I’m allowed to do that,” noting that learning to own the moment was both empowering and fun.

Despite her transition into the host’s chair, Madix admitted she sometimes feels guilty putting Islanders on the spot with tough questions. However, she sees it as a necessary service to both cast and audience. As she explained, challenging questions often reflect what viewers are wondering giving contestants a much-needed moment to tell their side.

Cohen echoed the positive dynamic between them, calling their partnership “really fun.” Behind the scenes, he teased viewers with glimpses from the set, confirming that all cast members, including previously speculated absentees, appeared for the reunion shoot.

The much-anticipated reunion airs on Peacock on Monday, August 25, and promises high drama from heart-racing challenges to emotional confrontations among finalists, exes, and fan-favorite couples.
